Call for Expressions of Interest: ANZCOR Guideline Development Groups

The Australian and New Zealand Committee on Resuscitation (ANZCOR) is seeking Expressions of Interest for volunteers to join our Guideline Development Groups (GDG). These positions are for people living and working in Australia or New Zealand.

ANZCOR is a collaboration between the Australian and New Zealand Resuscitation Councils to continuously review science and create high-quality, evidence-informed guidelines to inform first-aiders, first responders and healthcare professionals in their daily clinical practice. ANZCOR is a member of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) which reviews the published science on resuscitation and first aid and makes treatment recommendations based on that science.

The Board of ANZCOR has decided to establish Guideline Development Groups to coordinate the ANZCOR guideline development and review process. Guideline Development Groups will be established for:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• First Aid (FA)
• Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Paediatric Life Support (PLS)
• Newborn Life Support (NLS)
• Education, Implementation and Teams (EIT)
• Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)
